It can take up to 48 hours to get your order roasted and shipped. This may vary based on shipping schedules and roasting schedules, but it's our mission to get you the freshest coffee as quickly as possible, so we strive to turn orders around in 24-48 hours.
We ship via USPS Monday - Friday. USPS observes most national holidays, so please bear in mind that may affect shipping times.
If you order online, we’ll send you a notification when your order has shipped. If it’s been 48 hours and you still haven’t heard from us, please let us know.
Please allow a few extra days for merchandise orders, as these are fulfilled separately.

Yes! From your customer dashboard, you're able to pause your subscription and resume when you're ready. You will not be charged for any new orders when your subscription is paused.
You sure can. We accept changes up to the Friday before your next order ships (orders ship on Mondays). Worried you'll forget? No need! We'll send you a reminder email so you're always on top of it.
We understand that things change. Should you ever need to cancel your subscription, just navigate to your profile. There are no fees and you can cancel anytime.
In order to start earning Beans, you need to first create a free user account with our store. Then when you make a purchase in the shop, your Beans are automatically calculated based on your purchase subtotal, excluding any discounts or coupons. Beans are not calculated on tax or shipping. They are added to your account as soon as your purchase is completed!
Easy peasy! Just go over to the loyalty program button at the bottom right of your screen. Select Redeem. Use the points slider to determine how many Beans you wish to trade in, then click Redeem. You'll be given a coupon code. Just click Apply to use the code on your current order.
If at any reason you decide to leave before you make a purchase, your coupon code will be waiting for you when you return!
In order to earn Beans for social follows or shares, go to the loyalty program button in the bottom left of your screen, select Ways to Earn, and select the action you wish to take.
Unfortunately, social media networks don't allow you to earn Beans directly through their platforms, so the only way to get rewarded is through our rewards portal.
Just add your birth date to your customer profile! When your special day rolls around, you'll have an extra 200 Beans to celebrate with.
To refer friends, click on the "Loyalty Program" button in the bottom right corner. Sign in and scroll down until you find the "Referrals" section. You'll find a referral URL link that you can copy and share via email or your social channels. Once someone makes a purchase using your referral link, Beans will automatically get added to your account. Super easy!
Nope, your Beans do not expire. Once you earn them, they're yours to keep and use!
